Meet our Head Chef, Jeremiah Jones
Brought up in Noosa from the age of 10, Jeremiah started working in kitchens at age 14 and was hooked. He has spent most of his 15 year career in Australia, with several years working in North America. Jeremiah joined Wood Fire Grill as head chef in 2014 and is relishing in the challenges of cooking with fire. This new experience is allowing him to experiment with different ways to work with the element, as well as its effect on each dish. One of his passions is creating a memorable experience for customers, and the open layout of our kitchen really allows him to interact with every diner. When he’s not taming the flames at work he loves to spend time with his beautiful wife Aisling and their puppy Mr Bugsy. You might also find him indulging in a motorcycle ride along one of the beautiful beach roads of the Sunshine Coast. Be sure to say hi next time you are in, Jeremiah would love to meet you!
